7. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You control them through our cookie banner and can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, with IP anonymization. It does not store analytics data until you accept the analytics category.
- Marketing measurement — when you request the free kit by submitting your email, you agree that we may send our advertising partners, Meta and Google, a conversion event to measure and improve our campaigns. This is sent server-to-server and includes a hashed (irreversible) version of your email and technical identifiers such as your IP address and user agent. You can withdraw your agreement at any time by emailing hello@omniscient.swiss. Separately, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google advertising tags that run in your browser, and the cookies they set (such as _fbp and _fbc), load only after you accept the marketing category in our cookie banner. Meta and Google process this data as described in their respective privacy policies.
- First-party measurement — we also collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage statistics (such as page views) that do not use advertising cookies and are not used to identify you.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may limit certain features of our website.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
